Connie Richer, After Care
I have been at Cornerstone for three years supervising the children in the after-school program. I took this position because I like children, and when I first went to college, I thought I might become a teacher. I didn’t go into teaching. Instead, I obtained my degree in Business from Providence College.
Recently, I retired early from Verizon and decided that I would enjoy working part time with children. My two children attended Cornerstone when they were of school age. Now they have since grown up and are currently attending College.
When I’m not at work, I like to be outside walking my dog, Max at Lake Chauncy. I enjoy kayaking, hiking, spending time in North Conway with my husband, Dave and my children. I love visiting the Cape, where my Mom resides in Falmouth.
